...would it be a sign of an absolut nonunderstanding to ask for a kind of "instruction", or is this "a no go ? I'm practicing Vipassana Meditation for a wile and am gladful for a clear and structured path! Sorry!
I am very fond of Rupert and his way of writing and talking. And he has been a primary mover on my journey of non duality. I have struggled mightily, and continue to struggle where do I put my effort? On experiencing the “I am” before qualifiers, which of course sustain the illusion of a separate self, or begin on the outside - body/mind - with inquiry to see there is no separate self. Yes, they absolutely are one and the same, and yet different. A paradox. My hunch is Rupert would say, “go with both and/or either as they arise.”

Thank you so much Rupert! I might be stupid, but how exactly can I fully rest in this eternal awarness?
. All that is required is to stay with the ‘I am’, to be only the ‘I am’ in the midst of all experience, irrespective of its content
